The Fast Tissue-to-PCR kit is a complete system for rapid extraction and amplification of genomic DNA from animal tissues.There is no need for procedures as tissue mechanical disruption, overnight digestion, phenol extraction, DNA precipitation or column purification.
The procedure involves short 10 minute incubation of the sample in the Tissue Lysis Solution supplemented with Proteinase K at room temperature. Then the Neutralization Solution T is added, and the tissue extract is ready for PCR with the Tissue Green PCR Master Mix (2X).

Genomic DNA from mouse tail, ear clip and finger was extracted and amplified with Fast Tissue-to-PCR Kit. 114, 214 and 388 bp PCR products were generated using three sets of primer pairs.
