- Is Axon Scientific related to the BSTM Group/BioSynTech Sdn Bhd?
No. One of Axon Scientific's co-founder was a co-founder of the BioSynTech in 1997 and BST Scientific in 1998. However in 2007, there was a split and share swap resulting in BSTM Group/BioSynTech being managed by one partner and BST Scientific by another. The partner managing BSTM Group/BioSynTech has no shares and interest in Axon Scientific, as it was formed after the split and it traces its lineage from BST Scientific.

- Do you still share market information?
We do not share anything. Both companies compete directly in the market.

- How often do you order your products?
We have weekly shipments.
- Can I order without a Purchase Order
We require written proof of purchase before ordering.
- Can you bend the rules? We need the products urgently and the PO will come eventually?
Yes. Please provide us a security deposit (we prefer cash) amounting to 60% of the amount stated in the order, and we can get you the item and refund the deposit when the PO comes.
- You will lose order this way! Are you willing to lose business?
What we want to do is to give the best pricing possible to everyone. Whenever there are cases where people take advantage of our goodwill and PO wasn't forthcoming, our business cost increases. This inevitably translates to honest customers paying more than it is neccesary. By enforcing stricter rules, we believe the majority of customers will benefit from better pricing.
